1.Can certified divers, beginners and snorkelers go in the same group?

Yes, as long as all the people come together.

 

1. What do I need to bring on the tour?
Swimsuit, towel, eco-friendly sunscreen, comfortable clothes, a sweatshirt, hat, and great attitude! if you want to bring your own snack and drinks you can do that too.

2. How is the payment made?
It is necessary to pay 100% of the total amount through Paypal, Mercadopago, Bank Transfer or Stripe to make your reservation.

3. What happens if the tour is cancelled?
If the tour is cancelled by us we will refund the total amount paid, cancellations will be made in case of bad weather and we will notify you as soon as possible. In case you cancel for any reason, we will not be able to refund your money.

4. What is the minimum age for this tour?
The minimum age for this tour is 10 years old.

5, Is it necessary to be certified for this tour?
Yes, but if you are not a certified diver, we also have the same course for non-certified divers. Check the dive certifications section for more information.

6. Can passengers such as small children, elderly people or other people who do not want to enter the water go on the boat?
No, this is a long tour where we will be in the water all the time and it is definitely not recommended for people who do not want or are not able to go in the water.

7. Can I bring my own cooler with beer, snacks etc?
Yes, it is possible, but please try not to take up too much space since the boat is a panga.

8. How many people are in each group on this tour?
A maximum of 7 people, plus 3 crew members.
