All bookings and payments are final and non-refundable.

Once a reservation has been confirmed, cancellations, date changes, rescheduling, or transfers are not permitted, regardless of the reason.

The only exception is when we cancel the activity due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the available options, which may include rescheduling your activity or receiving a refund, depending on the circumstances.
